Bengals’ Zac Taylor discusses preparations leading into NFL preseason
Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor discussed the team’s preparations heading into Preseason Week 1 during a press conference on July 31, 2025.
Cincinnati Bengals rookie receiver Jermaine Burton wasn’t on hand with the team for the early part of Sunday’s practice during training camp at Paycor Stadium.
The Enquirer’s Kelsey Conway reported that Burton wasn’t with the rest of the receivers and wasn’t on the rehab field. Later, Conway reported that Burton missed practice with an undisclosed injury, and is considered day-to-day.
Burton was a full participant in Saturday’s practice, and there was no indication that he was injured.
Burton was a third-round pick of the Bengals in the 2024 NFL draft. He attended Georgia and Alabama.
Burton played in 14 games as a rookie, making one start. He finished the season with four catches for 107 receiving yards.
